In this publication, we share the learnings gathered during the 3rd edition of LUPPA, held between September 2023 and September 2024. We offer an overview of our activities and achievements during this period, and we also present a compilation of inspiring programs, policies, and initiatives from participating cities that were shared throughout the program.
