No dia 24 de Novembro, realizamos o seminário sobre Alimentação Sustentável, oferecido por nossos parceiros Humane Society International e Alimentação Consciente Brasil. O Seminário será aberto a todas/os as/os participantes do LUPPA, sem restrição de número de pessoas convidadas por cidade participante.

Refletimos sobre questões como:

• Qual o impacto na saúde e no planeta das dietas adotadas nos programas públicos de alimentação?
• Por que é importante que os cardápios de alimentação escolar e de outros programas de alimentação sejam pensados como políticas públicas multidimensionais, que visam à saúde dos estudantes, mas também à sustentabilidade de todo o sistema alimentar?
• Como as compras públicas para alimentação em larga escala podem impactar a produção local de alimentos e a agricultura familiar?
