A cartilha “Orienta Plansan: Curso de Orientações para a Elaboração dos Planos Estaduais, Distrital e Municipais de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional” é um guia para a elaboração de planos de segurança alimentar e nutricional (SAN) com linguagem dialógica e interativa, focada na autonomia de lideranças locais.
